This little place hidden in a strip mall is amazing. The owner is very friendly and considerate, and you can see the cooks in the back making your meal as you wait. It is quick, hot, good, and fresh. When I went in, I was a little put off by the low lighting, but it is a very quaint little place, with mood lighting and nice decor. The lunch special, which is what I ordered, was only $4.60 (tax included), and it wasn’t your run of the mill Chinese meal. It was spicy Garlic Chicken with fried rice and a fried spring roll. The fried rice was a bit boring on its own, but when mixed with the wonderful sauce in the Garlic Chicken, it took on a life of its own, and you are going to want to mix them, or the spices might be a bit much for you. I loved the heat. I was surprised the cooks were not Chinese, though, but Hispanic. I think that is great. Go visit this little place and have your tongue tantalised and your palette pampered. Yum.
