Dallas-Fort Worth: The Drive-Thru City? Not if There is a Hint of Snow!

Okay, really, the snow started at 8 a.m. and by 1 p.m. had quit.  It is the driest and most wind-swept snow you have ever seen, coming down in tiny pinprick flakes that blow across the roads in ten m.p.h. winds.  It is rather ridiculous to allow something so infinitesimal as that to shut down a METROPLEX!  I swear, any sort of little weather, and this place completely comes unglued.  The schools are closing early, the colleges are closing, the freeways are a mess because drivers panic in an unknown happenstance.  Seriously, put on your big boy and big girl boots and drive!

3 out of 10 stars (because some of you DO know how to drive in this weather event)
