Bank of America, where is your customer service? I went through the drive-thru to pay my landlord his due, and the first machine I went to had not sign on it, but had been broken for hours, according to the voice through the box. I had to back up and go to the next one over, and then it took about fifteen minutes to get my transaction taken care of. I mean, how hard is it to take cash and deposit in someone’s account, especially when there is a deposit slip for it and all filled out and signed???? I am not a fan of BOA, anyway, but this was ridiculous. I know banks are feeling the heat, but the slow-down in Congress, sorry, the complete stop of Congress, should not affect how I bank at a local drive-thru. Pull your heads out, people. No one trusts banks anymore, and making us wait only increases our frustrations!
