Taqueria Cocura: Corning, CA

Okay, I’m on my way to Dallas! I stopped in Corning because I didn’t sleep last night and got my first meal at this food truck. The Hispanic woman was lovely and considerate, leaving off the beans (I think she put extra other ingredients instead). The taco was tiny, but had two corn tortillas, with enough filling for both and a lime wedge. The pork burrito was huge, as you can see and the best burrito I’ve ever had. It only cost $5 for everything omit, including avocado and sour cream. The taco was $1. That was the best $6 I ever spent. Anyone driving past Corning on I-5 should stop in just four blocks from the freeway. All I can say is “yum!”

10 out of 10 stars! (My first perfect store)
